The (future) workforce is addicted to their phones and continuously connected to social media.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

When it comes to attracting this demanding generation of workers, companies who leverage digital technologies for numerous HR objectives \u2014 consider sourcing, preselection, and learning & development, for example \u2013 have a substantial competitive advantage.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Collaboration and engagement tools becoming digitized\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Because of the limited visibility and enormous pressure to perform at their best, the work from home (WFH) age has caused unease among employees.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
