Emgage HRMS<\/strong> (here after called as EMGAGE) operates the web and mobile-based service. This privacy policy governs your use of the software application EMGAGE<\/strong> (\u201cApplication\u201d) for mobile devices that was created by BRIOS Consulting LLP<\/strong> and XMplify Technologies.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This page informs you of EMGAGE<\/strong> policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information when you use our Service. User logins is mandatory in order to be able to use the basic features of the Application.<\/p>\n

EMGAGE<\/strong> will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. EMGAGE use your Personal Information for providing and improving the Service.<\/p>\n

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.<\/p>\n

INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USAGE<\/h4>\n

While using EMGAGE Service, EMGAGE<\/strong> may ask you to provide with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your name, phone number, postal address and other information (\u201cPersonal Information\u201d).<\/p>\n

When you register with us and use the Application, you generally provide your name, email address, age, user name, password and other registration information; transaction-related information, such as when you make purchases, respond to any offers, or download or use applications from us.<\/p>\n

Information you provide us when you contact us for help, credit card information for purchase and use of the Application, and information you enter into our system when using the Application, such as contact information and project management information.<\/p>\n

EMGAGE uses real-time location to track field staff and auto-generate expenses based on role and location based limits. Real-time location tracking is done with user consent and only for organizations that want to use this feature and has agreed to turn on this feature.<\/p>\n

LOG DATA<\/h4>\n

In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application.<\/p>\n

This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.<\/p>\n

COOKIES<\/h4>\n

Cookies are files with small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and stored on your computer\u2019s hard drive.<\/p>\n

We use \u201ccookies\u201d to collect information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent.<\/p>\n

However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Service.<\/p>\n

    DATA RETENTION POLICY, MANAGING YOUR INFORMATION<\/h4>\n

    EMGAGE<\/strong> will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter.<\/p>\n

    We will retain Automatically Collected information for up to 24 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate.<\/p>\n

    If you\u2019d like us to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact us at info@emgage.work<\/strong> and we will respond in a reasonable time.<\/p>\n

    Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Application to function properly.<\/p>\n

    SECURITY<\/h4>\n

    EMGAGE<\/strong> is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain.<\/p>\n

    For example, we limit access to this information to authorised employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Application.<\/p>\n
